Join Western murder mystery author, C.M. Wendelboe, as he compares early Deadwood as a rough-and-ready town to other western communities such as Dodge City, Kansas, and Tombstone, Arizona. Wendelboe will loosely compare the "wildness" of each town during his presentation. Homestake Adams Research and Cultural Center; 12:00 p.m.; free for members and $5 for non-members.
