SUMMER HOURS FOR DEADWOOD HISTORY, INC.

DEADWOOD – Deadwood History, Inc. (DHI) will begin summer hours May – September with the Adams Museum and the Days of ’76 Museum open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Historic Adams House is open daily with guided tours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Brothel Deadwood is open daily with guided tours from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The museums welcome groups of 10 or more with advance reservations. Admission to the Adams Museum is by donation; the Days of ’76 Museum is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 – 12 and free to children 5 and under; the Historic Adams House is $12 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 – 12 and free to children 5 and under. Discount museum passes are available through October online at DeadwoodHistory.com or at all three museums, the Deadwood Welcome Center, and the History and Information Center for $22 per adult for the Trio pass.

Admission to The Brothel Deadwood is $15 per person. You must be at least 16 years old to participate. Purchase tickets online at DeadwoodBrothel.com or call 605-559-0231 to schedule your tour. Tickets are also available at the museum registers and the Deadwood Visitor Centers.

The Homestake Adams Research and Cultural Center (HARCC) is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call 605-722-4800 for more information.

Free admission is offered to the Adams Museum, Days of ’76 Museum, and Historic Adams House for all Deadwood History members. Membership helps fund a variety of museum programming by providing history enrichment opportunities to thousands of children and adults both locally and globally.
