Summer Hours for Deadwood History, Inc.
DEADWOOD – Deadwood History, Inc. (DHI) is excited to kick off its summer season with extended hours at its historic attractions. Beginning in May, the Adams Museum and Days of ’76 Museum will be open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through September. The Historic Adams House will offer guided tours Tuesday through Saturday until May 19, and transition to daily tours from May 20 through September, with the final tour departing at 4:00 p.m. The Brothel Deadwood follows a similar schedule, open Tuesday through Saturday until May 19, then daily starting May 20 – with guided tours available from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the last tour departing at 6:00 p.m. For group tour reservations or additional information, please call 605-722-4800.
Admission to the Adams Museum is by donation; the Days of ’76 Museum is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 – 12 and free to children 5 and under; the Historic Adams House is $12 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 – 12 and free to children 5 and under. Discount museum passes are available through October online at DeadwoodHistory.com or at all three museums, The Brothel Deadwood, the Deadwood Welcome Center, and the History and Information Center for $22 per adult for the Trio pass.
Admission to The Brothel Deadwood is $15 per person. Suggested for individuals 16 years old and older. Purchase tickets online at DeadwoodBrothel.com or call 605-559-0231 to schedule your tour. Tickets are also available at the museum registers and the Deadwood Visitor Centers.
The Homestake Adams Research and Cultural Center (HARCC) is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call 605-722-4800 for more information.
