DEADWOOD HISTORY HOSTS CHRISTMAS TOURS OF THE HISTORIC ADAMS HOUSE

DEADWOOD – Deadwood History, Inc. will host Christmas Tours of the Historic Adams House on December 10, 11, 17, and 18, 2022. Celebrate the holiday season with a self-guided tour of the historic home in all of its festive holiday décor. The Historic Adams House will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 for members and $15 for non-members, $5 for children 6 – 12 and free to children 5 and under. Adams House Christmas

During the holiday season the Historic Adams House will be elegantly dressed in a variety of Christmas colors and traditions. The open house-style tour will highlight several rooms decorated with a special theme. Deadwood History staff will be on hand to provide information and answer questions about the house, the families who lived there, and the Christmas décor. A kid-friendly scavenger hunt will be available for children, and the Adams House gift shop will be stocked with a variety of unique items to complete your Christmas shopping. The Historic Adams House is located at 22 Van Buren Street, Deadwood. 

The event is co-sponsored by the Deadwood Historic Preservation Commission, Adams-Mastrovich Family Foundation, Deadwood History, Deadwood Chamber & Visitors Bureau, Riverfront Broadcasting, Saloon No. 10, and Spearfish Area Chamber of Commerce.
